Application Components

To be complete, your application package must include the following:

  • 1) SEME application form (as completed by the link above)

  • 2) Letter of Intent (max two pages)

  • 3) Resume or CV

  • 4) Letters of Reference (2 letter required, max of 3 letters accepted)

    • In which referees may submit their letter via email (seme.dfcm@utoronto.ca) or fax (416) 586-4719 - attention: Nancy Medeiros)​

    • If you are currently working in an ED, one letter of reference must be from your current Chief of Emergency or Chief of Staff

    • If you finished residency within the past 2 years, one letter must be from your Residency Program Director

Note: all documents must be submitted as one package as completed by the link above, in which you will have 7 days to complete the application once you have started.
