Application Components
To be complete, your application package must include the following:

1) SEME application form (as completed by the link above)

2) Letter of Intent (max two pages)

3) Resume or CV
-
4) Letters of Reference (1 letter required, max of 3 letters accepted)

In which referees may submit their letter via email (seme.dfcm@utoronto.ca) or fax (416) 586-4719 - attention: Nancy Medeiros)​

If you are currently working in an ED, one letter of reference must be from your current Chief of Emergency or Chief of Staff
